Charlotte North Carolina Real Estate is still rollin’
Tuesday, February 26th, 2008No matter how hard the media tries to make it sound our Charlotte North Carolina Real Estate market is still rolling. Not like it was in 06 & 07 but we are still selling homes everyday. There are so many people wanting to live in our great area that we just can’t make a place (home) for them quick enough. I moved to Charlotte north carolina in 1974 and being born just up the road 45 miles in Statesville NC it wasn’t long before I realized this is a wonderful place to call home. First the trip from Charlotte nc to Myrtle Beach sc is only 3.5 hours, so almost any weekend I have get a little sand in my shoes! But also if I want to go to see historic Charleston SC and the battery and all the great restaurants along the lower south carolina coast, I can also make the drive from Mint Hill NC thru Matthews, nc to Charleston SC in just 3.5 hours also. So cool. Within 650 miles of Charlotte North Carolina there are more people (population) then anyother area in the US. How awesome it that, probably I can visit my relatives in just a one day drive.
